1. Acceptance
By registering or using YellowLadoo (website, Android, iOS), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to marry under Indian law
- Information you provide must be truthful
- One account per person; no impersonation
3. Service
YellowLadoo is a matrimony platform for the Meena community. We facilitate profile discovery, interests, chat, and optional premium features. We do not guarantee marriage or matches.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, offensive, or illegal content
- Harass, stalk, or solicit money from other users
- Share others’ contact details without consent
- Use bots, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Create fake profiles or misrepresent marital status
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal. Use Report in the app for abuse.
5. Premium membership
Paid plans unlock features such as unlimited chat, profile boost, and visibility. Prices are shown before payment. See our Refund Policy.
6. Verification
Optional Aadhaar or ID verification adds trust badges. Verification does not guarantee character or intent of any member.
7. Intellectual property
YellowLadoo brand, design, and software are owned by us. You retain rights to photos and content you upload; you grant us a licence to display them per your privacy settings.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for user behaviour, offline meetings, or decisions made based on profile information. Use caution when sharing contact details or meeting in person.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime (Privacy Center). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Rajasthan, India.
