Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Membership plans
Premium membership (Basic, Premium, Gold) is a digital service activated immediately after successful payment via PayU (UPI, cards, netbanking).
2. Refund eligibility
- Within 7 days of purchase — full refund if you have not used premium chat or contact reveal features
- Duplicate payment — full refund after verification
- Technical failure — refund if payment succeeded but membership was not activated within 48 hours
3. Non-refundable
- Membership used for chat, contact reveal, or profile boost
- Partial period remaining after voluntary account deletion
- Promotional or discounted plans marked “non-refundable”
4. How to request a refund
Email info@yellowladoo.com or WhatsApp support from the app with:
- Registered mobile / email
- Payment receipt or order ID
- Reason for refund
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Cancellation
Premium plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase. To stop using premium features, do not renew; your account reverts to free at expiry.
